Ownership Statement

This statement sets out who owns and operates https://www.pandoragame.net, who owns the intellectual property on it, and how to contact us about ownership or infringement matters.

1. Site Operator

The domain name pandoragame.net is registered to and controlled by PANDORA GAME. We are the seller of record for all orders placed on the Site. We do not operate a marketplace: we sell our own stock, and no third-party seller lists products on the Site.

2. Ownership of Site Content

Unless otherwise indicated, all content published on the Site is owned by or licensed to Cherrycom Worldwide SL, trading as PANDORA GAME and is protected by copyright, trademark, database and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

• the Site design, layout, code, graphics and user interface;
• all product photography, lifestyle imagery, video and 3D renders;
• product descriptions, specifications, buying guides and blog articles;
• the "PANDORA GAME" name, logo and associated trade dress (word mark and logo);
• our customer database, order history and pricing information.

All rights are reserved. Reproduction, redistribution, scraping for commercial purposes, framing, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without our prior written consent.

3. Trademarks

"PANDORA GAME" (word mark and logo) is a trademark used by PANDORA GAME in connection with portable gaming hardware and related retail services.

All other product names, console names, game titles, logos and marks that may appear on the Site are the property of their respective owners. They are used solely for identification and to describe platform compatibility. Their appearance does not imply that we are affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by any such owner, and does not grant you any right to use them.

4. Open-Source and Third-Party Software

The firmware of our devices incorporates third-party software components, some of which are distributed under open-source licences (including, where applicable, versions of the GNU General Public License and the MIT and Apache licences). Those components remain the property of their respective authors and are used in accordance with their licences. A list of components and their licences is available on request at [email protected].

5. Copyright Infringement Notices

We respect the intellectual property of others and expect the same. If you believe that material on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [email protected] containing:

1. your full name, organisation (if any), postal address, telephone number and email;
2. identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
3. the exact URL of the material complained of, and a description of it;
4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
5. a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf;
6. your physical or electronic signature.

On receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material, notify the affected party where appropriate, and act against repeat infringers. If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address.

6. Trademark and Other IP Complaints

For complaints about trademarks, designs, patents or other rights, contact [email protected] with details of the right, the jurisdiction and registration number (if any), and the URL complained of. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

7. User-Generated Content

If you submit a review, photo, video or other content to us (including by tagging us on social media), you retain ownership of it and grant PANDORA GAME a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt and display it for marketing and Site purposes, with attribution where practicable. You confirm you have the right to grant that licence and that the content does not infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful material. To have content removed, email [email protected].

8. No Agency or Partnership

Nothing on the Site creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between you and PANDORA GAME.

We may update this statement. The current version is the one published on this page.
