This page describes what PANDORA GAME sells on https://www.pandoragame.net, what is included with each order, and what we do and do not provide. It is a general description; the specification on the individual product page governs your purchase.

PANDORA GAME is an online retailer of portable retro gaming hardware. We sell directly to consumers worldwide from China and handle order processing, customer support, warranty service and returns ourselves.

2. What We Sell

2.1 Handheld retro game consoles

Our current range is:

2.2 Typical feature set

Depending on model, our consoles include:

• a high-definition display;
• dual analogue joysticks and a full button set with customisable key mapping;
• a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion / lithium-polymer battery with USB charging;
• expandable storage via microSD / TF card (card contents vary by batch);
• support for external game controllers (via Bluetooth or USB, depending on model);
• a power-bank output function on selected models for emergency phone charging;
• adjustable LED lighting (off / auto / always on) on selected models;
• a force-full-screen option for titles that do not fill the display;
• multi-language system interface (English, with other languages depending on model and firmware version).

3. Software, Emulation and Game Content — Important

Our consoles are open-system devices that run emulation software. Please understand the following before you buy:

• We do not sell, licence or distribute any third-party game content. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or licensed by any console manufacturer or game publisher. All console and game names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and appear on our Site only to indicate platform compatibility or to describe the product.
• You are responsible for the content you use. You may only use game files that you have lawfully obtained — for example, images you have created from cartridges or discs you own, homebrew, public-domain titles, or titles whose licence permits your use. Downloading or distributing copyrighted ROMs or BIOS files without the rights holder's permission is unlawful in most countries.
• Preloaded storage, where supplied. Where a device ships with a memory card, its contents are provided as a convenience only, may differ between batches, and are not covered by any warranty of legality, completeness or fitness for your jurisdiction. If you do not have the right to use material on the card, delete it.
• Firmware. Device firmware is provided "as is", may incorporate third-party open-source components under their own licences (including, where applicable, the GNU GPL), and may be updated or discontinued at our discretion. We do not guarantee that a specific emulator, game or feature will run on any given update.
• No cloud or online service. We do not provide online game servers, cloud saves, or game downloads.

• Game titles, ROM images, BIOS files, or licences to third-party content;
• Installation, modification or "unlocking" services, or technical support for user-installed operating systems or third-party firmware;
• Repair of products damaged by misuse, liquid, unauthorised opening, or products bought from unauthorised resellers;
• Business-to-business distribution, wholesale or drop-shipping unless agreed in writing ([email protected]);
• Any guarantee of uninterrupted operation, compatibility with a specific game, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond your statutory rights.

6. Prices, Currency and Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) (euros (EUR)) and exclude shipping, duties and taxes unless stated. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, Elo, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Prices, promotions and stock may change without notice; the price at checkout when you confirm your order is the binding one.

7. Safety and Intended Use

• The device contains a built-in lithium-ion / lithium-polymer battery. Do not puncture, crush, incinerate, or expose it to high temperature or water. Charge only with a 5V/2A charger and cable.
• Recommended for users aged 14 and above. Not a toy — keep away from young children; small parts and a lithium battery are present.
• Do not use while driving or operating machinery. Take regular breaks; prolonged screen use can cause eye strain.
• Dispose of the device and its battery at an appropriate e-waste and battery recycling facility. Do not dispose of in household waste.
• Where you sell or transfer the device, pass on these instructions.

8. Product Images and Colours

Product photography is taken of real items where possible, but colours and finishes may appear differently on your screen because of display calibration, lighting and production batch variation. Minor cosmetic variations are not defects. Dimensions are approximate.
